Improve your strength, balance, and mobility with COTA (Council of The Ageing), NSW’s affordable fitness program for people over 50. The program promotes health and well-being amongst people over 50, and 40 for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders, through progressive and fun strength training programs.
