Move Better for Life Wellness Services include assessments, treatments and group classes as well as a weekly exercise class for people with Parkinson’s Disease. We also have a focus on Women’s Health and Wellbeing programs, addressing the unique challenges women face.
Our wellness classes include Balanced Bods, Body Reform, Better Balance, Back 2 Backs and Hipsters. Our classes are small allowing each participant individual attention. Classes are run by a qualified facilitator. Private health fund rebates are available for all our classes.
Classes are run in 10 week terms. Our 2019 term dates are:
Term 1: 3rd Feb – 10th April
Term 2: 27th April – 3rd July
Term 3: 20th July – 25th September
Term 4: 12th October- 18th December
Please note our Hipsters and Better Balance classes will run in 2 x 5 week blocks over the 10 week terms – with those classes running twice a week.
